Vegetarian/Vegan Diet
There are many different reasons to choose a meatless diet, and even one completely free of all animal products. But this transition can be challenging, as you face the demands of creating balanced nutrition, dealing with the reactions of friends and family, and learning a whole new lifestyle in regards to shopping, cooking and eating out.
My own experiences with going vegetarian and then vegan, gaining and losing weight, and finally, learning to cook (!) help me provide valuable insight into how to go about making this choice meaningful, healthy and satisfying.

More and more, people of all ages are finding themselves allergic or sensitive to certain foods. In order to maintain good health, you might have to eliminate these foods from your diet. But this is not easy, and most medical professionals are not able to give you much advice or support beyond that list of foods to avoid. I will help you navigate this new path with tools and support for finding new foods, recipes, cooking methods, and strategies for dealing with eating outside the safety of home.
